I want to create a raffle for my forum.

What this would do:

1) Allow admin to start a real-time countdown to raffle that is viewable on site.
2) When the time arrives, pull winner from database and display.
3) Allow admin to set parameters such as members must have X posts in the last X months or the like to qualify.
4) Also on admin interface, have fields such as raffle description, rules, etc. to display on raffle page.
5) Maybe have the ability to add shoutbox on display page.

Does anyone know of a hack that does this?

I have never seen anything like this but would also be really interested. I have looked for things to get the community involved in without much luck besides the arcade.

There is also one called vBArmy which is a game type mod but does not seem to be that stable.
