styles and graphics

yeah i clicked on styles tab and downloaded 2 styles in rar

but i dont know where to upload them to or exactly how to do it

if anyone can please help

You'd need to unpack/unzip the files. There may be a readme file inside with directions. The page here gives details on uploading an XML style file. You'd need to check for a readme, or directions in the threads from which you downloaded the styles, as to where the images should be uploaded.

ok but like this read me says upload it to root/yourforum/skins i dont have a root or skins folder on ftp so what do i do

and do i upload the buttons and every thing to that folder or do i do them seperate
