Hi,
I have updated my forum to latest version (3.8.2) but navbar popup (search link ...) dropdown..

how can i solve the problem?

Try this:
Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem? If not, then the problem is in your style. You should go to Edit your template and View History > Compare to see the differences and then modify your template with any needed changes.

with default template works fine...
the problem is in my template.. how can I solve?

You'll need to compare your template to the default template and try to find the code causing the problem.
