domain issue and settings
hi everyone i have a few questions regarding my domain and setting in vbulletin...i have been trying to get my old domain to point to my new forum...the company i went through said that they pointed it to my new forums ip and they told me it would take up to 72 hours and it has been like 5 days now and nothing has changed...i can access my forum through the ip but it dosent show up on the domain...is there a setting in vbulletin that i have to change so the domain will resolve ?

Have you tried clearing your cookies and flushed dns?
To flush dns ... In the run command of your computer type ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter. Site url would be useful so we can check too. |

here is the link to where the site should be
http://invite-zone.com when u go there it says To change this page, upload your website into the public_html directory...the site is in the public_html ...if i add a index.php at the end of the above url...u can see the site but no members can log in. thank u for taking the time to help me i-z |

Delete or rename index.html from the public_html directory.
http://invite-zone.com/index.html http://invite-zone.com/index.php The login issue is most likely related to your cookie domain settings in the admincp. You can upload tools.php to your install or admincp folder and run it from the browser, there you can reset your cookie domain/url/ etc. |
