BBcode Permissions Mod? 3.8.x

Looking for a mod that can limit specific BBcode (IMG) use based on permissions and/or group membership.

Also Looking for a mod that would adjust members permissions based on rep / posts / etc.

Wanted to include both here just in case there's something that does both.
