When joining a public joinable group it appears to change a users secondary group. Is there a way of making it change the users primary group instead?

Joinable groups are secondary groups - you cannot have them be primary groups.

I believe she was asking if there was a mod available to do this, as I and many others (through searches) would like to do this.
