This is in a .php file that you've uploaded to your server

It's config.php in the /includes/ folder

He just told you, its in the INCLUDES folder that is located in your forums directory.

lol.. No its not in your admin panel. Log into your FTP account for your server, locate and edit the actual file named 'config.php' in your includes folder. Then follow the instructions in that image.

go to your FTP then open up you /forum folder/includes/config.php

change the red text depends on where is the location of your forum folder..
