Will this display the avatar of last poster on the forum, or the newest thread creator for said forum?

What happens when a user does not have an avatar set.

no its display the avatar of the user who post the theard and u can set the avatar url target to the same theard or the user ID

and by the way iam working now on the last update its well have the H/W of the avatar and support GIF too
