Ele está no formato de PDS basta abrir no programa editor de imagem ( Photoshop ) que você conseguirá reduzir o tamanho que deseja.

Replace your current online/offline/invisible style texts (ie: user-online.png etc) with user_online.gif and user_offline.gif, user_invisible.gif.
