making seperate login form
I'm working on a custom script I've written for my site, and I am using the same user base as vbulletin (Meaning every user is a vbulletin user etc)
Now for my site, I have a part where I want users to login, and must be logged in to access a part of the site. I was thinking of saying 'you must login to access this area' and have a link they click that will popup a form for them to login. Now, I can reproduce the general vbulletin login form which will post to login.php etc, but I also want this page to close after login, and refresh the original page to show the lgoni status and show the page to the user, since they're logged in. Can anyone please provide me any guidance with the best solution to accomplish the above? Please let me know. Thanks |
