How do i make forums look like this

I want to make one of my categories with forums in it look like this:
screen shot:

Can someone please help me out, thanks.

These mods will let you do the picture thing.

Then just alter the template to copy the grid pattern that they do.

btw how do i make a grid like theres? having 3 in the same row.
