Hide things for people below a certain amount of posts?

Hi,

At the minute I have a chat box that is hidden but I want to be able to show it to people with over 100 posts.

At the minute it is hidden to certain usergroups but I want to open it up so it gets a bit busier with some of the senior posters.

Thanks
