Disable certain smiles from new reply page?

I have some user requested smilies which I do not mind but when hitting reply to a thread it makes the whole right side of the page scroll off the page.

I have created an additional smilie group called big smilies and numbered them so my first 60 smilies which are small are numbered 1-60 in the normal 'smilies' catagory. I numbered the 'big smilies' from 100-139 hoping it would resolve the issue but it still seems to be happening.

I would prefer just making it so it did not scroll the entire page instead of having to totally remove them so any help is greatly appreciated.

I guess it was a brain freeze Both were set as Display Order 1 so I changed the big category to '2' and bam!
