Is there a cron script to delete files/folders older than xx...?

Ive been searching a bit and aside from being flooded with results, cant seem to find anything relating to this.

I need a cron script to delete files or folders on my server that are older than XX days(would be set in the ACP preferably)

Is there something like this?
