Spam bots keep registering on my forums

Hi. I have enabled captcha and email confirmation for my forum. But spambots can still get in. Please help.

I agree...I used to have a problem with Chinese Ip address registering on my board. Once I implemented reCAPTCHA™ I have had very little issues. Also, reCAPTCHA™ is fre and only takes a few minutes to get it configured.
