Anyone know of a good mod or possibly a way that is already integrated, to change a users permissions such as being able to send PM's, the amount of PM's they can have, larger profile pictures sizes, etc?

I might be overlooking something. Thanks.

You can use usergroups and promotions to do this. Just create usergroups with more permissions and then promote the users to the new usergroup after they have x amount of posts.
