Error after Uninstalling Arcade

I uninstalled this hack, but I'm getting the following error when I click on a username.

Database error in vBulletin 3.8.0 Release Candidate 2:

Invalid SQL:
SELECT c.champ_gid, c.champ_gtitle, g.gname FROM `games_champs` as c, `games_list` as g  WHERE c.champ_mid = '151' AND g.gid = c.champ_gid;

MySQL Error   : Table 'docjb_thePeople.games_champs' doesn't exist
Error Number  : 1146

How would i go about resolving this?
