The layout is plain and boring. Doesn't look very good. If I were you, I'd get rid of the chatbox too. The announcement does not need to be on top of the forum. Put it in its appropriate forum.

Most of all, work on getting a skin!

The first impressions were not too good.

The register now for free section takes up about 1/2 my window. With the advertisement and header taking up the other 1/2.

The shoutbox being at the top only adds to the dead space.

I have to scroll almost 1/2 down the page before I can find any content.

The large signature images take awhile to download, and probably put a strain on the server as well. In some of the post, the 2 signature images took up more space then the actual text of the post.

And then there is scrolling text in signatures???

One person has something like 20 lines in their signature!!!!

The forum itself looks like it would be a good place to hang out, but I suggest you get those signatures under control. It looks really tacky.

There is work to be done , for a gaming community you need to pump it up before you loose on this great gaming community , gamers are very demanding , and again , content matters a lot , and they dont like to navigate all the time to find what they want, they will just go somewhere else to find things faster.

Improve the site for now its a 4/10 in my opinion.
