I been getting hit with spammers. What to do to stop them.

there emails are wow.com, QandQ.com

What version are you running?

Upgrade to the latest version (if you can) and/or set up reCPATCHA in your admin cp.

try using the reCAPTCHA™ part of the register setting inside admincp --> Human Verification Options

One forum I signed up on, I had to anwser a whole series of questions. There must have been at least 6, yes or no questions. A couple of the questions were - "are you a bot?"

And then a couple of questions down - "are you sure your not a bot?"

And then there was the image verification and the captcha.

After seeing all of that, I figured the admin had been having a rought time with spam.

On most of my forums, I use a combination of an extra question or two and ReCapthca.
