Can arcade moderators advance a winner?

I assigned some moderators in the arcade to advance members in a tourney when it didn't do it automatically.

When I go in to the tournaments, there is an option for me to simply click the link that says "advance winner". That's not there for the moderators. Is there a way for them to be able to do that as well?
