Logo on top of each separate forum

I have 20 different forums on my board.
I would like to have a logo on top of each forum, to identify it.
How to I place a graphic logo on top of each forum?
Any creative way of doing it will do.
Thanks.

I tiny icon on each forum in the front page list of forums would also be nice.
