Looking for mod I saw here before

If anyone can help me. I am looking for a mod I saw here before that is like an advertisement mod but not with banners.

This one actually shows your advertisers website in a box above the forum and is scrollable by members.

I forgot the name of it and can't find it again. Does anyone know where I can find this mod?
