I believe you need to submit some of your work in the Styles or Graphics area.

To be honest, I've never paid any attention to those titles under the names and so I've never really made note of what you have to do. I've seen users discuss it that do notice those things and that is what they have said you need to do. Click on a user who has a title and see what their profile looks like and you will probably draw the same conclusion.
