Usergroup Permissions

I'm trying to create a new usergroup, based off the Registered Users permissions. Using the 'copy permissions from' tool.

After i make my new usergroup, NOTHING altered, except the name, people get the 'Insufficient priviledges' page.

Any ideas why/what would fix this problem?

This used to work perfectly fine before.

Check the forum permissions as well (different from usergroup permissions).

The forum permissions are inherited properly as well
