Thread's Title , Prefixes , Sticky: & closed

hi there ,
1- well am trying to have Thread's Title change color's when i close it or use a Prefixes on it?
2- Sticky: ''Thread's Title'' = display the word Sticky: & Thread Title in red ""when i Sticky a Thread ??
3- Prefixes:- hot,new,old,closed .. = display the color of the Prefixes as the color of the Thread Title???
