What portal are you talking about? Its probably best to ask at their support forums, or in the release thread where you downloaded it.

ok, it's like a page before the main forum. You have it here. When you log on you get a page with all sorts of stuff on it and then you click and get the forum page.

The one here, as with many of the mods used here, was custom coded. I don't believe it was released. vB.org seldom releases their own mods.
