Pm pop up box

I set the PM to pop up a message when someone received a new PM. It works on a generic account I use for testing but not on any other name I have .Admin or not. Its also not working on my other Admins account. Any suggestions?

do you have it enabled for that user ? do you have a pop up blocking it ?

also depends on the pop up if you are using a mod or not you can assign usergroups. Also when someone registers there is a section you can allow PM popups

I feel like an idiot. My wife turned the pop up blocker on and had it running silent in the background. Thanks for your help
