How can i let my admin post HTML

Right now the only one who can post HTML is me the Main admin

In default vb, you may only set html to be allowed per forum, not usergroup or user. It sounds like you have a modification installed if you are able to set it per user/usergroup. I would ask in the modification thread how to do it for your other admin.
