Can't seem to remove this blank space on the forum home....

Hey everyone, I have a blank white space at the top of my forum home and I was wondering if any of you vB gurus out there know how I can get it out? I gave up months ago but never asked the forum, so maybe someone here can help?

I have the welcome message at the top set to display all the time, for both members and visitors. Notice underneath the bottom of it ( the "5% on Gas/Groceries/Drugstores...") there is a large white space? That is not in the code, there's no <br> or anything like that in there I see causing this. So what could be causing this huge white space of at least two lines?

There are two <br>s causing this (and an </if> that shouldn't be there). Just take a look at the page source:

You'll need to find the template they are in and delete them. To find the template - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.
