Image next to Thread Title

Is there a way to add a image next or in front of
a thread title.

I need to add a image to some threads to let members
know that these threads are for a specific need.

Would anyone know of a way to do this.

any help will be apriciated.

You can use Thread Prefixes for this. Assuming you're running 3.7+

Yes. Go to your AdminCP scroll down to Thread Prefixes, add a new prefix set call it thread image or something similar, then click on add prefix fill out the fields, in the rich text field put it
<img src="http://IMAGE LOCATION" />. Add a new prefix for each image.
