Ok, right now my forum banner site above the actual forum body. What I want to do is like this forum where the banner is placed INSIDE the body which goes right to the top of the page.

Any idea which template I need to edit to achieve this?

Would like it in the white part just above the navbar where I put "D"

You'd edit the navbar template.
