Hi,

If I wanted to set this up to cover things like server costs/vBulletin license, then would I have to declare this as income or not?

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

This would depend on the tax laws of the country you live in.

I would suggest that you speak to an accountant who will be able to advise you on the best and legal course of action.
