I know there were quite a few people using sabretoothe's Groups Commune (GC) mod, which became obsolete with the Social Groups (SG) addition to vB. My problem is that I have several old groups sitting on my site under GC simply because if I remove/delete the mod, all of their group's posts will be lost.

I really need someone who can take a look at the DB structure of GC and see if they could write something (even if it's just some MySQL commands) to move them into their corresponding SGs.

I know I wasn't the only one using GC... if you were suing it and changed to Social Groups, did you just let your old groups die?
