I want to enable just administrators the ability to use HTML in threads and posts regarless of the forum. Right now VB only allows HTML to be turned on/off by Forum. I wanted to turn on/off HTML by member type or member ID but not by forum.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this? Thanks.

[S]You can make a new bbCode and use the Advanced bbCode Permissions modification.

bbCode Name/Tag: inlineHTML
Replacement:
{param}[/S]

EDIT:

I don't think that'll work now. The problem you would run into is that vBulletin's editor will automatically replace the "<" symbol with "$lt;" in the message.
