I am looking for a news script for vBulletin 3.8.x I found some for versions 2.x.x but none of them work with version 3

... Are there any?

Something like the Plushnews. It just a php script that reads the forum database and spit out the results via template.

Can you use RSS feeds? Because vBulletin has this functionality.
