What do you guys suggest I do for donation incentives?
I've got 3 donators so far and a total of $16 received. All within 3 days, but I'd like to know what everyone else does.

We don't do a thing on our site. We just let everyone know that they are all expected to contribute to the site in some way (we list a bunch of different things and only one of them is donations/money). It's run just fine that way for over four years.
