Sorry for the n00b question, I did a search and the results are coming back too broad...

I am editing the default vB template. There is a border with a weight I am guessing of 1 and a color of #0B198C that is drawn around every table. I want to change that color but don't know where to find that template. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Yes it was slightly hidden... no color swatch. But I found it!
