Recently members on my forum are having a lot of problems accessing the chatroom. It used to be fine up until we upgraded our vbulletin forum to 3.8 and every now and then (not constantly) when trying to access the chatroom it says 'invalid username or password'. I have suggested they clear their cookies, close the browser and log back into the forum, and click the link to enter the chatroom again, but the problem remains. Any idea what's going on? If you guys can't help with this matter I'll sent a support ticket to addon chat, but I thought it could be a possibility it's something to do with vBulletin and thought I'd ask first.

Please contact the author of the modification used to "bridge" vBulletin.
