I was rather surprised to notice the FAQ section does not get included when one searches the board. Am I missing a setting or does anybody know of a hack. I did some searching here and did not see any options. Of course "search and FAQ" as keywords gives a rather long list of results.

You are not missing any setting, it is like that. I have not seen a modification for it either. The vBulletin searching system is not very centralised (this is meant to be improved in vBulletin 4).
