Default Bitfield Collision: canpostnonmembergroup = canalwayspostmessage ?
Every product I've tried to install since upgrading to 3.8.1 gives me this message when I attempt to import the .xml file:

A conflict was detected in the bitfields. You cannot continue with the installation of this product until this has been fixed. The conflicts found were:
Bitfield Collision: canpostnonmembergroup = canalwayspostmessage
Thoughts?

Yes, tell the author to stay the F away from the default vB bitfield permissions fields.

Excellent advice, but I find it hard to believe that every mod I'm trying to use has someone fiddling with the bitfield permissions fields. Is there something I could look at to clear this up?

I just uninstalled every product I have and I'm still having the same problem.

I figured it out. I'm not exactly sure what I did, but I think it had something to do with me going into includes/xml and deleting some of the files in there from past mods that I haven't had for years.

Yes a modification defines it's bitfields in a file in the xml directory.
