Automatic Resize Images in Signature?

Hi,

if i change the size setting of sognature images via the usergroupsettings it only is active by new signatureuploads...

how can i resize the images of ALL users to an fixed size (e.g. 200x100) so, that the pictures of the users get this size in their signatur.

do you understand me ? =)
