Minimum number of posts to vote in a poll?

Is it possible to set a minimum number of posts before a user can vote in a poll? Or is there a mod that allows you to do it? I have installed a mod that hides the poll results until the poll has ended, but I would like to set a number of posts that the users must have to be able to participate in the voting. I'm running vB 3.6.4 (I know I need to upgrade, but I'm kind of nervous about it).
