moderator action log

dose anybody have any idea of how to log the moderator actions because I've been having a small problem with one of my moderators or super moderators which are deleting the posts of the users and I dont know who did it because all of them denay it and I'm sure one of them is doing it


so is there is anyway of having a log for the actions taken by the supermoderator or the moderator

so that we can Identify who is doing it

I think that would be a good hack right guys
