Newbie Help :) PM Blast!

Hello all, I wondering if there is a way for me to generate a PM blast to my registered user base vs. sending an e-mail bast. Any help much appreciated. Thanks!

If you search for 'mass' in 'All Mods' with 'Titles Only' you should get them.
