Upgrading
Now, I have seen a lot of forums that still run 3.6 because the profiles look the way they want them to. But really, have you thought about it? It's been awhile since those old versions. Hackers could find out exactly how to hack them, they could have MySQL or security problems. All kinds of things. For me, I always upgrade to the latest vBulletin, and I think you should too. Trust me, the upgrades are for the safety of your boards, not because vBulletin just feels like making you download it, and upload it. Sure sure, it may feel like a pain to revert those templates, but it is worth it, trust me. Other than that, vBulletin Staff is always coming up with new cool ideas, and members may like them and tell their friends about them, and soon, you'll have a ton of members. So upgrades aren't just for boring things. They can actually come around and help you in the long run!
