any tutorial converting 3.7 to 3.8 styles?

No and i doubt there ever will be. There are no standard instructions to update a style. Any outdated templates will be listed in the AdminCP after the upgrade.

Are you using custom styles? Many of the style vendors will have specific instructions for upgrading, you might want to check that out.

i'm using my own custom style i built it over 3.7.x

now i got 6 outdated templates

how can i know the deferent or do i have to change
