I updated to 3.8 this morning, then realised I hadn't attached adsense account to licence...

Does that mean I need to reupload all the 3.8 files again then run the upgrade script ?

Or, can I just upload the relevant (what are they) files ?

Only the following files need to be re-uploaded.

admincp/deployads.php
includes/init.php
includes/adsense_templates.php
includes/xml/cpnav_ads.xml
