If many members share youtube videos on a site and then a week later, a new member reads the forum, the video may no longer be available. If would be much easier to manage/update if there was a modification that can check this and send a PM/email with the thread/post that is not working. A moderator/admin can then go back to the post, edit, and include a new youtube video. Does this make sense?

Thanks, but that is link checker for 3.6 and also not supported any more.

I think it benefits almost everyone since more and more people are using videos more.
