If I made the entire forum PRIVATE for 1 week and then opened it back up for 1 week then closed it for 1 week, could Google BAN my website?

What problems could arise?

I already know this might irritate members/non-members. I am NOT worried about this, I am more worried about Search engines.....could this hurt the site in ANYWAY?

Please help!

Why would Google ban yoursite?

I am almost certain they wouldn't remove it.

If you get popular enough and SEs (like Google) can measure your trends, yes, you will probably be banned.
