How do I get an email warning for every thread/post on forums

Hi,

How do I do so when the site admin gets an email notification for every new thread or somebody posts an entry?

I am running a support forums that doesn't get a lot of post (maybe 2-3 per day) so I would also like to get an email notification when there is something new on forums

Try this:
Forums & Moderators > Show All Moderators > select your name from the list of Super Moderators to Edit > Receive Email When a New Thread is Created & Receive Email When a New Post is Created > Yes
